One of our internal load balancers failed and the DNS failover configured on this load balancer didn't trigger.
Update 1:
We've fixed things up manually for now and are investigating the reason automatic failover didn't work. A small number of users experienced partial outage for 9 minutes, 21 seconds. Sorry about this, we are taking steps to prevent such incidents in the future.
